What kind of camera are you using? The only other thing I might suggest would be to change the angle of your subject...this straight on angle is ok but had you dropped lower to say your knees and tried it, you might have gotten more "pop".... or moved to the left or right to put the path at an angle rather than straight on... I like the concept, it could be an amazing photograph... I often photograph the same subject several times before finding just the right angle or distance.... it takes patience and sometimes luck...right place right time... keep trying, but I don't think its your camera...

thank you, I thought it was the time of day. I was thinking it was the camera. The first picture i took came in just right, Frozen Oasis. Your probrably right. Again, thanks for the input. As for the camera I don't know what it is. I'll find out.:)

Oh BTW, if you plan on taking night shots a tripod will also be helpful to keep things clearer... I don't know how much experience you have or what your camera is... night shots otherwise known as Time exposure is fun to do but can be frustrating as hell... is your camera digital or film?
:iconarlynos2219:
its digital, what does BTW mean?
